Customs Value
The customs value includes the price of product in the country of origin; costs of insurance, shipment, letter of credit; fees payable for using trademark rights; and other costs before the exported product reaches the first customs office. Legal Permits

Declaration at Customs Office
After the shipment reaches the Customs Office in Iran, the exporter is given a declaration. The packages will then be sealed and the exporter receives the permit to export its products.
Shipment and Insurance Contracts
The exporter should sign contracts with a reputable international company to transport the products and insure the shipment.
Inspection of Shipment
The exporter should obtain an inspection certificate upon a request from the buyer. The certificate will be issued by an entity both the exporter and importer have agreed up on.
Invoice and Certificate of Origin
The exporter should also prepare an invoice and get it confirmed in the chamber of commerce.
